The joint coalition CoastAL between the Applied Universities of Turku and Satakunta introduces its maritime education, R&D and services in the Navigate Fair 19.-20.11. in Turku Fair and Congress Center. The fair is a meeting place for professionals in the maritime industry and the field of maritime logistics.

Maritime cluster is important for the western coast of Finland and the local higher education institutes have know-how related to this.

CoastAL coalition aims to strengthen the cooperation between the Applied Universities of Turku and Satakunta, and to carry out active higher education and innovation policy which combines the activities of the partner universities with regard to their visions and steers the partner universities in strategically important issues.
