Turku University of Applied Sciences is proud to host the bi-annual conference of the CARPE network.

The CARPE 2015 Conference highlights the crucial role of the universities of applied sciences in promoting innovative and creative thinking and sustainable societal growth.

CARPE, Consortium on Applied Research and Professional Education, is a strategic network of five European universities. Its aims are to intensify student and staff mobility amongst the partners, develop joint study programmes and to co-operate in European research programmes. By establishing a strong European reputation the strategic alliance aims to increase the amount of external funding to its member universities.

The members of the CARPE network are Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, Polytechnic University Valencia, Manchester Metropolitan University and turku University of Applied Sciences.
