TUAS received more than 22 000 applications
The application period for spring 2014 closed on 1 April 2014. In all, TUAS received 22 287 applications. This means more than 13 applicants per study place.
In addition to full-time Bachelor’s degree programmes, applicants were also interested in part-time studies and Master’s degree programmes.
In all, there were 19 087 applications for full-time Bachelor’s degree programmes, 2 752 for part-time Bachelor’s degree programmes, and 448 for Master’s degree programmes. The number of applicants for full-time Bachelor’s degree programmes remained the same, but, compared to last year, there was a clear increase in the number of applications for part-time and Master’s degree programmes.
The most popular degree programmes were – also in this year – the degree programmes in Fine Arts, Emergency Care and Social Services. The Degree Programme in Social Services also interested the public in the form of part-time studies.
