In the project, a joint course on sustainable urban planning is designed for several educational institutes. The study module utilizes new learning methods. The studies could be completed online.

The course material is based on the needs of local authorities. The material handles challenges for sustainable solutions in existing and new environments. For example a competition on sustainable urban planning is intended to be included in the study module. In the competition, students would get to solve a real problem in sustainable urban planning.
