The Commune project has three main interrelated objectives; one concerning teaching material that will be its product and two aimed at its target groups, i.e. nursing students and service user educators.

The project will develop innovative Internet based teaching material that will be co-produced by higher education institution (HEI) partners and the associated partners, which are service users’ organizations in the participating countries. The teaching material and the knowledge gained by its production will improve the quality and relevance of higher education and help attune nursing education curricula to current and emerging labour markets needs by developing active cooperation between HEI and local/regional bodies.
