CreICT - Creating New Possibilities for Well-being through ICT

The aim of the the project: Creating new possibilities for well-being through ICT (CreICT), is to develop both the research, development and innovation as well as educational cooperation at a concrete level within the field of Health Technology together with  Finnish and Japanese higher educational institutes.   

The cooperation focuses on developing web applications and services in the area of the Health Technology with themes such as service robotics, activate games and measurements of health and well-being. During the project, hackathons will be organized in May 2018 in Japan, September 2018 in Turku, January 2019 in Turku and Mach 2019 in Japan.

The project is funded by CIMO under the Asian Programme 2017 - Japan and South Korea. The lead partner is Tampere University of Applied Sciences and the other partners are Miyagi University in Japan and Turku University of Applied Sciences in Finland.
