Required Documents

Submit the required documents on the application form at Studyinfo. Contact us by email if you have any questions. A photo of the document taken with a mobile phone or camera is acceptable if it's clear enough to read. An applicant is responsible of delivering all the required documents by the deadline.

Finnish qualification:

Copy of the degree certificate or a provisional certificate issued by the educational institution on the graduation of the applicant.

Matriculation examination certificates of those who took their matriculation examination in or after 1990 are not required at all.

SAT score report

Required from applicants who apply with a non-Finnish qualification certificate to TUAS Bachelor degree programme in International Business Online or Information and Communications Technology.

An official SAT score report must be ordered straight from the test organiser. The code for Turku University of Applied Sciences is 6867.

Only the new version of SAT test (completed after March 2016) is accepted. SAT Subject Tests are not accepted.

Copy of document exempting from tuition fees

You are exempted from paying tuition fees if you provide a copy of one of the documents:

  • Passport or identity card to indicate the citizenship of EU/EEA/Switzerland*
  • Continuous residence permit card in Finland, Type A permit or
  • Permanent residence permit card in Finland, Type P permit or
  • EU residence permit for third-country citizens with long-term residence card in Finland (Type P-EU) or
  • EU Blue Card in Finland or
  • EU Family Member's Residence Card in Finland

Notice, if you receive one of the documents mentioned above at any point of the application period or later during your studies, please provide us the document immediately. You will be exempted from paying the tuition fees starting from the next semester at TUAS.

*Citizens of Finland are not required to provide proof of their citizenship as it will be verified from the population register.
