Code of Conduct guides the ethical practices of Turku UAS
Ethics and responsibility are a central part of Turku UAS's activities. The value that we share - increasing competence - is embodied in Turku UAS's new Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct describes how to act responsibly and ethically in our working and learning environment and in our business operations.
The Code guides the 13,000-member community to make the right and responsible decisions in its daily business environment. The Code clearly defines how members of our community can act if they encounter inappropriate behavior in their daily lives.
The Turku University of Applied Sciences Code of Conduct applies to all members and stakeholders of our institution.
–We hope that the Code of Conduct will further increase the trust our customers, partners and stakeholders have in us," says Jari Niemelä, Senior Legal Councel at Turku University of Applied Sciences.
–It is important that both we and our partners have a common and clear understanding of Turku University of Applied Sciences' ethical principles. A partnership based on legislation, international agreements, human rights and fundamental rights in working life strengthens and improves cooperation.
