What can I study in the summer?

The summersemester.fi portal includes the summer study provision of 21 universities of applied sciences. You can select courses from the provision of all participating UASs. The courses are mainly organized online.

When can I enrol for the summer studies?

You can check out the course provision from 1 March 2017. Enrolment for the summer courses starts mainly on 15 March 2017. The most popular courses fill up fast, so remember to enrol early enough.

”I wanted to speed up my studies by studying also in the summer”

TUAS implemented a feedback survey on the summer studies last year.
60% of the respondents studied in the summer, because they wanted to speed up their studies.
40% of the respondents also mentioned the opportunity to study on the courses of other universities of applied sciences.

77% considered the course supply of summer 2016 extensive.
The portal has been developed in many ways during the past year. The course provision is more high-quality and versatile.

The operational idea is however the same: you can study wherever you want, on the courses of whichever UAS you want and whenever you want.
