Degree Programme in Nursing conducted in English will not start in 2018
Turku University of Applied Sciences has decided that the Degree Programme in Nursing, conducted in English, will not take in new students in the application process of spring 2018.
Through the earlier decision on the degree programmes for 2018, 20 student places were confirmed for the Degree Programme in Nursing. The degree programme received 244 eligible applicants, all of whom were invited to attend the entrance examination. 45 applicants participated in the entrance examination.
All six sections of the entrance examination had a specified minimum number of points that the applicant was required to achieve in order to be accepted as a student. Evaluation of the entrance examination showed that the number of accepted applicants was too low for the degree programme to be implemented.
