Student Offices and Study Counsellors

Study Advisers work in the Student Office and their responsibilities include, for instance,

  • maintaining student and study records;
  • advising students on the right to study, enrolment for academic year, study records and graduation;
  • preparing and providing certificates.

Study Counsellors are responsible for

  • coordination of guidance in the unit and acting as an guiding expert in working groups
  • supporting the tutor teachers and participating in study counselling in situations that require broader expertise in counselling
  • follow-up of the students' progression in studies
  • co-operation with internal and external interest groups
  • participating in student admission process.

E-Services for students

Official study certificate and transcript of records are available in Peppi. Other than degree students can upload only the transcript of records. The documents are electronically signed by using the validation of the Population Register Centre (on the last page). Instructions for verifying electronic documents are on our website: You can find the documents in Peppi student's desktop by selecting Orders in the navigation bar.

  1. Select the document that you want to order.
  2. Select the language and order.
  3. After ordering, you can find and upload the document on the Documents page.

Tuudo's digital student card entitles KELA-sponsored student meals and discounts on services such as VR, Matkahuolto and Turku region traffic Föli.

Tuudo's student card is available for all degree students in TUAS. The card is available immediately:

  1. Install the Tuudo application and logg in with TUAS user IDs. 
  2. Open the student card and create the card by following instuctions.

  • enrolling as present or absent for the academic year; or
  • documents as study certificate or transcript of records. We will deliver the requested document(s) to you scanned as pdf files to your TUAS email or by post to your address which is in the student register.

Through the phone service you can get advice concerning the right to study, enrolment for academic year, study records and graduation.
