Arts Academy

Arts Academy is a prominent regional operator in the field of culture, producing performances, exhibitions and other events to inspire, speak out and bring arts as part of daily life.

We are a multidisciplinary learning community educating future experts in visual arts, music, theatre, and film and media. As one of the three faculties of Turku University of Applied Sciences, the starting point for our teaching activities is innovation pedagogy  , a learning approach emphasizing multidisciplinary, experimental and practice-oriented learning.  

In our RDI projects, students get to experience working in their future professional field and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with project partners. Our inspired students and highly skilled staff members also provide arts-related service products that offer novel experiences, new perspectives and creative solutions to our customers.
