STEPS4EU aims to enhance the transversal competences of managers and students participating in engineering projects across the EU. Transversal competences, integrated with technical skills, add value in project delivery, create a sustainable project environment and provide future-proof project management. 

The implementation of the project starts by defining the competency baseline and investigates new competencies needed today. Secondly, STEPS4EU develops “Knowledge capsules” – innovative, flexible and free to use educational tools – to reshape existing curricula to meet dynamic and volatile market demands. Finally, the results and materials are published in the form of handbook.
