SUPER – sustainable performance and future for third sector organizations and SMEs in the health and social sector

SUPER – sustainable performance and future (2021–2023)  is a training project for the organizations and SMEs in the health and social sector.

The changing working life requires a quick response and the strengthening of competence skills. The covid-19 situation, which has accelerated change and flexibility, has plagued many organizations in the the social and health care sector, and highlighted the need for change. An organisation’s capacity to attract and retain personnel becomes important for the acquisition of well-being and skilled personnel.

The need for organizations to strengthen their management skills has emerged already in previous projects. The SUPER project responds to this need. In this project will be planned and implemented a training course that includes change management, foresight and quality thinking.

The aim of the project is to find methods and ways in which workplaces can involve their staff in joint work to strengthen their capacity in the midst of changes in the operating environment and working life. Sustainable perspective is taken account in all the topics and the goal is to gain new perspectives on organisations own opportunities to achieve sustainable visibility.

The project will be  implemented in Uusimaa and Southwest Finland. The project is implemented in cooperation with the Sivis Study Center and it is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).
