The CoSki21 project is linked to the growing skills gap between higher education institutions (HEIs) and working life organizations. What is increasingly needed in the 21st century are the core personal skills related to flexibility, innovativeness, communication and team working.

The actors in the project are universities of applied sciences focusing on the fields of technology, business and communications  and psychological institutes specialized in personal growth and competences.

The main results will be a personal core skills framework usable for both HEIs and organizations. Additionally, methods for improving personal skills will be developed and disseminated.
