EthCo-project (For better ethical safety in future healthcare work environments), in co-operation with 5 European countries (Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Malta and Spain) and funded by EU Erasmus+, aims to strengthen ethical competence of the health professionals, by offering educational Coaching material including theory lessons, structure for Ethical Coffee Room discussions and ethics simulations. 

Target groups of the project are nursing and physiotherapy students and professionals. Participants educated during the project increase their ethical competence and are able to adopt the role of an ethical coach in the organisation, educating others and that way ensuring ethical safety at the workplace. The project harmonizes ethics education and the competence level of health professionals working in the partner countries.
