TOO4TO -project aims to increase the skills, competences, and awareness of future managers and employees in the field of sustainable management. 

The goal of the project is to raise awareness of teachers and students in higher education on sustainability-related goals, regulations and recommended good practices applicable in various business sectors. The project will produce a Dynamic Material Bank consisting of upto-date materials and sources for information and open to everybody: teachers, students, managers, and employees. In addition to the material bank, the project will produce a module-based online course on sustainable management. The modules can either be integrated in other study units or offered as a standalone study unit as part of the curricula in business management studies. The project will also publish a virtual teamwork guide in order to increase the competence and skills in the area of multicultural teamwork.
