Welcome to Turku full of stormwater solutions in November 2024! The day will offer plenty of knowhow and expertise on sustainable stormwater solutions. There will be demonstrations of digital simulation tools, workshops, networking and a laboratory tour. A more detailed programme will be published during the summer.

Behind it all are three expert research groups from Turku University of Applied Sciences and the Intelligent and sustainable stormwater management project, or ISMO as it is more commonly known.
For more than two years, ISMO has focused on developing stormwater solutions for varying conditions. By creating modelling and simulation tools and strengthening practices for data management and usage in stormwater design, ISMO aims to promote the adoption of natural stormwater management.
