Joint application to degree programmes conducted in English starts on 9 January

In the joint application of January 2018, TUAS offers three degree programmes conducted in English: International Business Online, Information and Communications Technology, and Nursing. The application period starts on 9 January 2018 and ends on 24 January at 15.00.

These three degree programmes offer study places for altogether 105 future students. In 2017, the total number of applicants was 916, out of which 293 were first study option applicants. The entrance exams will be arranged in April. Applicants will be notified of the results on 28 June 2018 at the latest. Studies will begin in autumn 2018.

Study a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration completely online

The degree programme in International Business Online is conducted completely online. This means that you can complete a Bachelor’s degree in International Business in English at TUAS independently of time and place, anywhere in the world. Read more about the degree programme here.

The concept of a degree programme conducted completely online is rather new at TUAS, as the first such degree programme started in autumn 2017. In addition to the International Business conducted in English, TUAS offers the opportunity for online studies for a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or Film and Media. The degree programmes in Social Services and Film and Media are included in the next joint application period later in the spring.

In the degree programmes in Nursing and Communications Technology, studies include also contact teaching. In the degree programme in Information and Communications Technology, students can specialize in e.g. game development, cybersecurity or Internet of Things.

The second joint application period of the spring takes place on 14–28 March 2018 and offers a selection of over 50 Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in four different fields of education. Majority of the degree programmes are conducted in Finnish. However, there are two Master’s degree programmes in English.
